This hotel is in a good location. Pricing is good. Needs refurbishing as it looks very old and also needs more parking space.
Me and my family enjoyed the stay at the Hotel. Breakfast was good. Good Location.

It's a bit old and need some renovation, especially the bath room.
Hotel is along one of the key roads from Ayer Keroh that leads to Mahkota area - easy to find. Front desk staff, especially Adrian Benjamin, are very friendly, accomodating and knowledgable. The rooms are not 5-star grades but then again, the hotel is rated 3-star : so, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Bedsheets/Pillow cases do have some stains - maybe they should use a stronger cleaning detergent! Breakfast is decent - nasi lemak rice is better than some of the rest-stops along North-South highway! Kids will be happy with the cereals and milk.
Not sure what a good location is in Melaka, the rooms were clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast had plenty of choice.
The Hotel provided good service. The only problem was the lack of hot water, although I ran the tap a long time it did not get hot. I stayed in the Executive Suite which was well apportioned. The sheets, while clean, did have some stains on them. The breakfast was very good.
The staffs are friendly , room are spacious. A good place to stay for short term holiday.
Service no so good. We are there around 11am to check in .The staff ask us return to the Hotel at 2pm. But when we are there at 2pm. The room still no ready yet. We only able to check in at 3pm. Room is quite big with 2 queen size bed and comfortable. I think bath room just renovated. It's clean. Centralize air-condition. Breakfast no good. Luckly, it still have a cooker, cook the egg & Roti- Prata at the spot.
The hotel room that we stayed is spacious and clean. It is value for money and we enjoyed our stay there. The breakfast is above our expectations.
We were the only Westerners at breakfast and the staff went out of their way to cook a really good local delicacy. Hotel is convenient to the old part of Malacca and staff friendly and helpful.
Parking facilities is very limited. The rooms are clean however there is no facility for controlling the airconditioning which could get quite cold at night. Moreover there was no hot water in the shower where I was staying whereas there is for the wash hand basin. Apart from these gripes the hotel is clean, service so-so and it is within the town itself.
