Hotel Guia Macau

The location is really good. You can walk to any scene within 20 minutes. The building was equipped with free wifi. It is really cost effective for me.

Pleasant, functional hotel near the top of a hill and a still operational lighthouse. Front door and terrace staff were friendly and helpful. Great views and surroundings but be prepared to walk 10 minutes downhill to get to the city centre. Will definitely stay again.

This is an inexpensive hotel in Macau with pretty good facilities. It has in-room free wi-fi which I found very useful and not so common in Macau hotels, especially for this price. It is also within a 10-15 min walk to Grand Lisboa, and 3 min walk to a 7-eleven. This is all in all a pretty good, no frills and comfortable hotel.

My stay at Hotel Guia is smooth. Though there are not many facilities such as gyms or pools, who needs it when you are in the Vegas of the East? Location to nearby stores is about 5-10mins away but this is manageable. The staff are English speaking and friendly and helpful with enquiries. Overall no complains : )

Located at mid hill. Must climb up slope. Had to learn how to move around. Morning walk up to the top of the hill, where the exercise park is location, just 5mins. If you need Taxi had to ask Hotel to call in, very fast service, difference from Singapore. The Hotel has a good tim-sum chinese restaruant, price reasonable, services, and tasty.

I had a great experience staying in hotel Guia macau. except for that Receptionist named Fish wong who I think do not know what customer service is all about. Setting her aside, i would recommend this hotel to those who visits Macau. Hotel boy at the lobby has been also helpful. The room was great with great design. :) I super love the room with balcony. :)

We enjoyed our stay here very much, the air is clean and fresh surrounding the hotel. It is a petite size hotel room good enough for couple traveling on holiday. However, it would not be recommended if you are in Macau for casinos and you will need transport to get to food attraction places.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Is clean & hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is quiet and away from the city but walking distance to major casinos and near to the Guia light house. There is bus stop next to the hotel or you can get a taxi when you get lazy to walk uphill.

We like this hotel and would stay here again. The location is nice next to the Guia lighthouse. I phoned the hotel from the ferry in Macau and the shuttle bus came to pick us up. We also booked the shuttle to drop us off at the ferry at the end of our stay. The rooms are small but well designed and have everything you need for your stay. The bathrooms are lovely, well designed and there is hot water all day. The room was very quiet. The staff were efficient and friendly. I would have recommended this hotel as very good for all criteria for the price but the window from (website) would not allow me to do so as it was covered by the members menu.
