Hotel Ibis Brisbane

My friends and I really enjoy staying at The Hotel Ibis. The service is always wonderful. The rooms are always clean and the hotel is close to everything which is great. :) Thank you for a wonderful stay

Great Hotel .......Great Staff ......Great Room....GREAT GREAT GREAT....No complaints would stay there again when in Brissy

I was very pleased with this hotel they help my daughter to get her way around to meet us they let us keep our bag there for the next day so we did not have to carry around very helpful staff. I will stay there again

Have stayed before and will stay again. Close to the station and centre of the city. Clean, convenient and comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only one power point in the room for charging stuff.

Had a twin queen bed room with a view of Brisbane River. Spacious room centrally located on the southern end of city CBD. Near King George Square and Roma Street Station. 4 Blocks to Queen Street Mall and near the Law Courts. Parking available next door at Mecure. Clean and comfortable with a coffee shop across road and Subway next door.

Everything was perfect except the the moment when I was checking out. A big girl received me at the front counter with really bad attitude. I thought my breakfast was included. So i told her to check again. But she kept saying noooooo to me with uncomfortable face!!!Then I checked my email account myself to figure out the 40aud breakfast fees!! Coz our flight was late in the afternoon, so we wanna store our luggages again as when we checked in the early morning, but she rudely refused me again! I majored in service management. i suppose she really should be a qualified receptionist in ACCOR HOTEL GROUP.

Good complementary breakfast Advertises "free internet" on adds but, you find out after check-in that it's only 30 minutes free then $25 per day - slow and poor service.

Enjoyed my stay. Was given free upgrade to a balcony room - worth asking for on check in. Couple of blocks walk to Queen street, and close to Roma Street train station. Would stay again if price was right

Great hotel, friendly crew and close to downtown as well as the transit centre. My room was a good size, good shower and bathroom and the a/c worked very well. On top of this wifi and or broadband in the room. What else could you want. Oh yeah....great breakfast with plenty of choice.

Hotel is very nice and the staff as well but the facilities in the room are not enough. no oven, no toaster, even the coffee making facilites they were too miserly with milk, coffee and sugar.

I love coming to stay at the Ibis each year. The staff are always helpful and very friendly and the rooms are so well kept and very comfortable.

I use the Ibis quite a lot when visiting Brisbane, the rooms are very clean and spacious and the position of the hotel is convenient for the train station and great for the shops, bars and restaurants

I was impressed by the receptionist upon arrival with her welcome and informative nature. I was also pleased with the clean comfortable quiet room and hotel services. also the breakfast is very good

Very helpful and lovely staff with big smiles to greet me when I arrived at the hotel. Facilities and cleanliness would have just touched the "GOOD" level as I think it can be better. Location is excellent, just a stone throw away from the main Queen Street shopping belt, yet not too near to be disturbed by the hustle & bustle of the crowd.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay in your establishment and credit for the dinner and breakfasts that we had. It is a great central location. Many thanks.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, I was expecting something clean and tidy. Instead we opened the door to find what looked like blood stains on the carpet not just a little but enough that the house cleaners should have thought that it would need to be cleaned up. The bath room had mould on the tiles and under the fixtures. It was horrid, We told the cleaners that our room could be cleaned and it was just reajusted. The bathroom needed a good clean. Not just a wipe down if you looked at it you could see that the oil off peoples skin was all over the bathroom. Sorry but I will not staying again unless I had the bathroom checked out first.
