Hotel Ibis Jakarta Tamarin

Though the double rooms are not as spacious as we have expected,they are quite cosy and comfortable,certainly good value for your money. Location is great. Convenient to shop and dine.

Clean, modern and comfortable i would stay here again

We stayed at superior room with double bed. I described our room was quite small completed with small bathroom, so it very difficult to do anything inside. Too many accessories inside along the wall that make the space more small even for walk.

First time i entered the Lobby, it was looked very nice and clean (very quite actually, even in New Year's Eve) and the receptionist were polite. entering the room, looked very clean, but there's a little bit problem with my toilet, it wont flushed. I call the reception, and the Engeneering came in a flash (very quick Respond), fixing the toilet and it also fixed in a second.... overall i'm very satisfied with the Hotel.

My 5th trip to Jakarta, first time to stay here. I booked for 2 days. For the pricing I expected more. Service was just average, meals were good, room was small. Location to the central area of the city was good. Just a very short cab ride or walk down the dirty street and your in a different world, almost. It is a safe area to stay in and I have stayed in this area before. Laundry service was on time and good quality of work. My last trip to Jakarta I stayed at the Ibis across the road and was much better. Why is it that hotels run by men are less friendly, curtious and polite than those run by a women?
