Hotel Ibis Perth

the reception staff are very helpful and friendly. they gave very clear and useful information about perth and helped us whenever we asked

The hotel is fairly basic, with small bathrooms, but is in a good position close to pubs and restaurants and the staff were friendly and helpful. The on site restaurant was very good. My shower door was broken, but was quickly fixed when I let the staff know about it.

The rooms in the front really need double glazing - very noisy. The car park is a charge back @ $20 per day but multiple entries means multiple charges of $20!

Firstly I booked for 2 double rooms, when I arrived they had only put me down for 1 room, then gave me a room that you could not swing a cat in. Secondly the rooms were paper thin so you could hear every move the people in the next room made. Thirdly there was food left in my fridge from the previous occupants that had not been removed by the cleaning staff. The hairdryer in the second room didnt work. I was not happy with my stay at all and will not stay there again. The only good thing was that it was close to the city for easy access.

On internet they state that have own parking. Should state that the parking is a Wilson PArking close to hotel. Would help customers to find the parking and save time.

Ibis is perfectly located for the city, has clean and well designed rooms (lots of storage & power points, clear signage) and is well priced. Be aware that there is no room service. Despite offering great cable broadband & in-room movies, the hotel doesn't have room service, which lets it down. The staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel is good in all regards bar room service. The lack of this really inconvenienced me personally.

very disappointed to be awoken with building works at 7:15 am. Other than than great location and good value for money if not for the early morning noise on a sat morning.

It would be good if each room had a DVD player and access to a gym.

The restaurant and service were great.

Overall happy with my stay. The hotel bar very smaller and it never opened. Shops, restaurants and bars all around the hotel.

the only thing is they could do with a better air cond system

I could not beleive how small this room was for $200, I suppose the location is more the advantage here,but there are better value hotels around, the parking is at the back, close but expensive and in a public carpark, prefer hotels with own parking. No front parking either to check in.

Very good location for short stay. Extremely friendly and helpful personel.

Great location. A bit expensive for the size of room. Walls are quite thin too! Overall, happy with housekeeping and reception service and you can't beat the location for proximity to Perth's CBD, breaky cafes, shopping malls and trendy pubs.

The hotel was very well located in the CBD - easy walking distance to everything from Barrack St Jetty to Northbridge - found the location very convenient. The hotel room was very comfortable. I would stay there again.
