"The person at the front desk was very slow in checking people in and out, but was friendly and helpful. The shower door in our room was broken. The location is walking distance to Prague Castle, and there is a tram stop just outside the hotel." - Anonymous
"Hotel Jeleni Dvur is in a great, quiet location (surrounded by lots of trees). A 5 minute walk to the castle, then another 5 min. downhill to the Charles Bridge. New washroom, high ceilings, and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful with bus/train/tram info and exchanging money. The hotel could benefit from air conditioning on hot nights.
