"It is clean and nice. Comfortable. We booked two rooms, but upon checked in, they said we only booked one room. Nevertheless, they took the initiative to check with respective party and gave us 2 rooms.
Some of the staffs were friendly and helpful. We stayed five nights, so, they managed to recognize and greet us most of the time.
Location is quite convenient, but quite a distance from subway. A lot of restaurants and able to catch taxi easily too.

"the hotel is very clean and modern. However, check in is very poor - rooms are not prepared and you have to wait for at least half an hour to get your room even when arriving late afternoon/early evening. The staff are helpful if you ask for assistance but otherwise they do not go out of their way to help. The business centre was very efficient and helpful." - martin wakeling
