The Hotel Kununurra is the town's first hotel, which was built in 1964. We offer a range of units to suit a range of budgets, and give the friendliest service in town.
We will do all possible at the Hotel Kununurra to make sure you enjoy your stay with us and our town. Hotel Kununurra is located in the centre of town and the shops are right across the road. Courtesy pickup or drop off to the airport or the bus stop can be arranged.
The Hotel Kununurra features four bars, an a-la-carte restaurant, outdoor eating area, swimming pool, bottle shop, free in-house movies in three star rooms and all units are air-conditioned with their own en-suites, surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

QantasLink offers flights from Darwin, Perth & Broome.
Airnorth flys from Darwin or Broome to Kununurra once a day, more often during the tourist season, also has direct flights from Perth at least twice a week. Skywest flys direct from Darwin, Perth & Broome.
Complimentary transfers to and from Kununurra Airport are available on request. Please provide flight details on booking.
Kununurra is located 1040 kms north east of Broome, or 825 kms southwest from Darwin and 3250 kms from Perth.
If you have time, the drive to the Kimberley is amazing from any direction. Especially the stretch of road between Katherine and Kununurra is simply spectacular. So is the road from Kununurra to Halls Creek. And of course, for the really adventurous and the four wheel driving enthusiasts, there is the Gibb River Road from Broome to Kununurra. A 660km stretch of unsealed road through the heart of the Kimberley.Greyhound also has services to Kununurra from Broome & Darwin.
