"I really liked the location. The Hotel is located in walking distance from the S-Bahn station and one stop from ZOO Garten station. Hotel people were very nice, room was clean.
Bad things: the elevator can accomodate only one or 2 people-very small, carpets in room was kind of old. I was booking my hotel on line, but when I arrived, the hotel people did not have idea about my booking, did not receive any e-mail or fax. Breakfast was really good. However, there was no knifes, tea spoons on tables or anywhere else, had to use table spoon. Becaue of this reason, I would say the breakfast was just average.
Very bad: Last night at 2:00am a group of about 10 English speaking people was checking in and it was very noisy till 3:00 am. People were running around like crazy screaming and trying to open other room's doors including mine 4 or 5 times. The whole floor was shaking for an hour and I am afraid the office people did nothing to solve this problem... " - Anonymous
