I used this hotel to tour various sites on the somme. It was an ideal location as it was off the main road network. The staff were helpful and the room was kept in good order. I have no reservation in recommending it.
When the hotel was described as "5 minutes from centre" I assumed it was on foot: my mistake. As a travel stopover and local touring location is fine, but it does entail a drive into Arras.
