Hotel Le Bretagne Saint Omer

The Hotel staff were really friendly. Buffet breakfast was good. They were decorating parts of the hotel where our rooms were, so it was a little smelly and dust sheets were on the floors outside our rooms.

Hotel was easy to find (being near the station). Rooms were spacious and clean. Service was friendly and staff spoke excellent English. Restaurant meal was impressive: an excellent meal at a reasonable price. Will definitely go there again

Bar staff need training to meet customers needs. Dinning room closed without telling guests.

Clean hotel in a good location. There was a problem with the water supply during our stay, only a tricle of brown water, a temporary problem according to the receptionist. Hotel lacks character and atmosphere. We found little to recomend it.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is only a few minutes from the center of the city. Good hotel parking lot and a nice restaurant. Most staff spoke English. Lots of British visitors in St. Omer. Our room was adequate, the most annoying thing was the sloping roof upon which I whacked my head four times.
