Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent price. The beds and duvets are soft and warm. Too bad they don't have wi-fi, otherwise it would've been perfect.
I enjoyed staying here in this very elegant hotel. For the price we paid, it was excellent value. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was kept very clean and was well maintained. We were close to the Gare du Nord station and only a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre/Grand Place. Very close to the City2 shopping area which was great for shopping and quick bites. There were very few minuses - internet rates in the room are expensive (EUR7 an hour) and the breakfast was pricey, if not included in your bill (EUR20 for a continental breakfast - we had breakfast out).
The neighbourhood is somewhat unattractive.
Located near to Grand Place although you still need to walk 10 to 15 min. Grand feel to the hotel with nice, clean big rooms by European standards.
I stayed here a good few years ago and I had a great time this is great value for money.
for the price we paid (99 euro's) the hotel was good value. However I cannot imagine anyone paying the normal rate that was indicated (400 Euro) for the room we stayed in.

An excellent hotel - very grand reception area, restuarant and bar. Large room, high ceilings etc - really enjoyed the stay as the service was excellent. Situated at the end of the main shopping area and ten minute walk from the grand palace Would recommend
Friendly staff... beautiful decor... can't complain. Had a great time... the fitness room (it's literally one small room) leaves a-lot to be desired.. . so if you're not really into working out, this is a perfect hotel!
We got a huge room with marble bathroom and big balcony. Why roughing it when you can get this luxury for just €90?
Very nice hotel, in the centre of the city (shops, sights) and close to metro and train station. Last minute price was a good bargain however the price of breakfast was very high. I would recommend but with this good price as regular price is rather high.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Plaza Hotel and would love to stay again one day when we return to Brussels. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms and breakfast beautiful.

This would be a 4* not 5* in my opinion. 10 mins walk from the grand plaza. Service very good.
The staff was very helpfull and friendly.Breakfast is very expensive and the hotel room we stayed in was not worthy the 5 stars, but it was still nice.
