This was a delightful hotel with excellent facilities, close to Tenjin facilities, 100yen bus ride from Hakata Bus and Rail Station
Clean and comfortable. Our twin room was reasonable in size. Staff helpful. Had to ask for the non smoking room we had requested. (Room changed)

The hotel was pretty typical Japanese business hotel. The room was a little small. The bathroom was good. The location was really nice. Just a minute walk from exit #1 of subway tenjin station. The design was a little strange. No carpet in room, wood tile floor. Difficult to tell 1 & 7 for hotel room numbers. I got a 60 minute massage that was really good even though massuse didn't speak any English.

This was a GREAT hotel...internet was indeed HIGH SPEED, but wasn't wireless. The staff was great and the location is central to everything, a few minutes walk to the park, subway, restaurants and bars/clubs. The only thing that I had a complaint about was they had one iron for the entire hotel and it was broken! Other than that it was a great stay, friendly staff and service. Overall great stay...recommend hotel two thumbs up!!!
Nice hotel, staff really lovely, most attentive. Room a bit on the small side, but adequate. Central location for Tenjin, all areas of the city easily accessible by bus. Breakfast is expensive if it isn't included in your original package - go out, there are lots of places to eat close by.
Very attractive hotel about 1 minute from the subway, so very convenient, although the website seems to lack specific directions and I had to ask on the street (Tenjin West 1 exit, turn right straight through glass lobby, turn left on street, walk 50m, it's in front of you on the corner). Extremely quiet. Will definitely stay there again, although they need to adopt a more environmental approach. I stayed only 2 nights but my towels were all changed and I wasn't given an option to keep them. Also a more international approach: all the hotel info in the room was only in Japanese, inc. room service and Internet use. The staff were very friendly, polite and efficient, and they all spoke English. I speak Japanese, but my travelling companion doesn't, so it was very helpful.
Any indication of location would be helpful - ie map or instructions on how to reach hotel. Nice place though and good location.
