Getting there:
From JR Nagasaki Station (approx. 7 min.): Take a tram No.1 Line to Seikaku-Ji Shita, and transfer at Tsuki Machi Dentei for No.5 Line to Ishibashi. Get off at Oura Kaigan Dori. The hotel is about 1 minute walk away. From Nagasaki Airport (approx. 35 min.): Take a limousine bus to Nagasaki Shinchi Bus Terminal. Then walk about 5 min.

Check-in Procedure:
Japanese legislation makes it mandatory that you, as a "non-resident foreign guest," present your passport and have it photocopied as well as having your nationality. Luggage can be checked in at reception if the guest arrives before check in time.

A small hotel, portuguese style with in-built chapel. Clean and practical. Standard room has tea coffee making facilities, free internet cable, smallish Tv but functional. Though the location is not exactly central, Nagasaki is a small town and therefore easy to get around with the trams. No room service, not many restaurants around the area for supper so bring your own or head to the nearby convenience store where you can get snacks or amenities. Overall a pretty good stay.

A small map on information on hotel would be really useful. Instructions on how to reach hotel via tram were good - but once we reached the relevant tram stop we had no idea in which direction the hotel was. Once we found it though, nice location and good ambiance.
