"For the price and the review of New Grand, I would have expected more. Moving into a room with a bad aircon, it make my stay lousy. Weather was cool but with a aircon that blows hot air, it makes the room very stuffy and uncomfortable. Worst, there is nothing the hotel can do. Japanese legislation makes it mandatory that you,as a"non-resident foreign guest,"present your passport and have it photocopied as well as having your nationality.
Luggage can be stored at reception if the guest arrives before room is ready.
Car parking: We have our car parking lot in property, JPY 1500 per night.
