30 minutes on bus from JR Shibukawa Station bound for Ikaho Onsen. Get off at Ikaho Onsen and 15 minutes walk. 15 minutes by taxi from JR Shibukawa Station.

Check-in time is 15:00 hrs. The facility will make reasonable efforts to accommodate early arrivals before 10:00 hrs. Please be aware that a passport will be necessary for foreign travelers.
