"My first night was in a room that had mold covering the bathroom ceiling and lukewarm water. Based on that room I would rate this hotel as bad. I also had a staff member who was unaccommodating and not helpful. The next day I spoke with a different staff member. Although he initially told me there were no more rooms available for the price I paid, he had to back peddle after I looked it up online and found there were still several unbooked rooms. At that point he changed me to a different room which was acceptably clean, mold free, and had hot water.
The location was a good one for me. I was able to walk almost everywhere I wanted to go in about fifteen minutes." - Anonymous
"Not enough sign board to tell the location of the hotel because the main entrance is not at the main road but at the back of the mainroad. Room is quite small compare to the price is not suitable at all. Good location for ppl who enjoy shopping for local item or souvenir. A lot of food oulet nearby." - Anonymous

"I am very satisfied staying at Noble Hotel becouse of its location which near to the shopping complex.There is no need for me to ride either by taxi,bus or LRT.Easy to find food for 24 hrs around the hotel.The facilities given in the hotel are very good even the rate of the hotel also satisfy me and my family.Hope to stay again for the next time." - HJ MD HUSSIN HJ MD SALLEH
