"I just need to stay here overnight. It has direct internal access to Citygate Outlet Shopping. A well-presented hotel with reliable brandname. The room is good size, trendy layout, clean. The bed is comfortable, better if the mattess more plushy. The amenity is good. Free slippers. Internet access is not free. The free shuttle bus, starting at 6am, is a big plus. The staff will happily load/unload your luggage. Parking in the hotel is not cheap, approx. HKD$100 first 3hrs, but free for first 3 hrs if you dine over HKD$200 in the Hotel restaurant. The hotel parking cannot be charged into your room account, though. The shuttle bus (mini-van) service runs every quarter of the hour, sharp. It takes 8-10mins to reach the destination. Apparently, this hotel is not far from the Tung Chung MTR station, but going to/from the city/downtown needs transit in a few MTR stations, but often is very easy (as walk across to the opposite platform in some transit stations)." - Anonymous
"Perfect location for access to the airport and MRT to anywhere in Hong Kong. Pleasantly surporised that the buffet restauant was very reasonably priced. "Liked: Great location, very close to the airport, direct access to City gate Outlet shops.
Disliked: No drinking water ( not included in the price) , no toothbrushes ( they jst forgot). I called frontdesk 3 times but got no reply no calling me back. Waited for 30 minutes and had to check out, as I had to take an early plane. Didn't hear "Sorry" when checking out
