Generally its a clean and good hotel, the only cons is the wifi only available in the restaurant and lobby, the room without any sofa or coffee table and is different from what has stated in the website!!

Room is very spacious. Nicely renovated too. Clean and bright. Reasonably priced for a 4star. However, heard the local tour guide mentioned it was only 3star.

Very pleasant and comfortable room.looking forward to staying.

overall i enjoyed our stay here except the toilet, there are leaking from the toilet bowl and the bathroom are wet after shower.

Very clean and neat. Good customer service. And though it is out of the city area but there is free shuttle bus services very hours to and fro to the city.

Lovely hotel we enjoyed our stay

The staff were very friendly and serviceminded. The hotell was very fresh and clean and roomservice quick and wellpriced. The breakfastbuffé was big and the service even there very good. Also the businesscenter is good, and no extra charge. The only thing to remark is the location. If You want to go into the citycenter of KK, You have to take a taxi.

hotel far from town centre, but link to big shopping mall

First night after arrival, the next all 8 rooms in our group no making up the rooms from morning till we returned to hotel by 6pm when complaint to reception counter, staff replied very busy that day, so busy=no one do the job, reason not acceptable. Hotel connected to one of the biggest mall, however if go to town centre takes 20 minutes by taxi.

Hotel room is new and well designed, with reading lights and huge mirrors. Bathroom is clean & relatively spacious. Not as near city but the free shuttle bus to city from the mall helps. Nice to have the big mall just next door. A few good massage places near the hotel. Happy with the stay for the price :-)

The hotel is very nice and located next to the hyper mall. The rooms are spacious. Hotel Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Facilities are very good even CD player is provided in the room. It has an excellent breakfast buffet.

The room we stayed in was really nice and the hotel had a nice pool area as well. I rated service as bad because housekeeping did not clean our room on 2 of the days. Location wise, the hotel is 20-30 mins from the city and taxi rides cost RM25 one way but there was a free shuttle bus that you could take to and from the city. I really liked to location cos I felt the city was pretty dirty and I liked going back to a hotel which was a little bit out of the city. Pricing was excellent!! I thought it was really cheap for the type of room we stayed in. Would definitely go back there again!! :) Side note, the beaches were lovely!!! manukan was the best!!

A hotel located right to the door step of 1Borneo shopping centre.

good for family,location quite far from city centre, services not so good, staff not so friendly.stayed in superior room but to my surprise the room is small.The location is good since im staying with my family of 5 so we don't have to go anywhere since all the shops were just next door but i rather think twice before staying in that hotel again.
