Getting there:
You can reach Suzhou via two different Airports:
- Shanghai International Airport Hongqiao, which is about 2.5 hours away
- Shanghai International Airport Pudong, which is about 3.5 hours away
Suzhou Railway Station is only 15 minutes away, where trains from Shanghai arrive every hour. The speed train only takes about 30 minutes from Shanghai to Suzhou

Check-in Procedure:
When checking into the Hotel please provide us with a valid passport and visa, so we are able to proceed with the registration. This is mandatory by the Chinese Government Law.

Child Policy:
Children under the age of 12 can stay free of charge in the guest room on the existing sofa-bed. Any Extra-beds will be charged for the price of RMB 200 plus 15% surcharge per night and room.
