Getting there:
From the Ayer Keroh Highway toll we are just 10km, just head on straight to town. We are within walking distance of all major tourist attractions. We are just opposite the Putra Hospital and Rennaissance Hotel and next to the City Bayview Hotel.
Check-in Procedure:
A valid Identity Card or Passport is required upon check in. All payment has to be in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). Rooms can be paid by cash, c/card or debit card. If you plan to use a debit card, please notify the reception upon check in as an additional MYR 50, cash is required as deposit in addition to the payment refundable upon check out.
Car parking:
We operate open air car park surrounding the hotel as well as mechanical car park (Auto Parking), the 1st and only one in Malacca.
Child Policy:
Child below 90cm staying with parents is complimentary however, if an extra bed is required, please inform the reception upon check in as the extra bed comes with an additional charge.
