"Plenty of staff, helpful and friendly. Stay three days and a good quality breakfast was included. Rooms very well equipped with quality sheets and robes. Excellent TV in rooms. Staff were very accommodating with late checkout for us. This rated them very highly. We upgraded to a high room (37th floor) where views were stunning. Location is within easy walking distance to Nathan Road and Star Ferry. Taxi to Kowloon Station was HK$40. The entrance is in a bit of a back street so doesn't appear very grand. "Was quite dissappointed with the hotel. though we're upgraded to a Platinum room which offered a good view of the harbour, the hotel is generally very small in size, especially the bathroom since there is no bathtube. "Good Kowloon hotel & very helpful staff especially the concierges. 23rd floor and had reasonably good view of Harbour but angled away from Victoria Peak, Hong Kong so main harbour view is blocked by other tall buildings and down side of this hotel is the poor Hart Ave location (Hart Ave and adjoining streets are very scruffy and not the best in the area). On the other hand very handy 3 min walk to Promenade and also shopping areas. Only criticism of room was lack of milk for tea/coffee as they supplied a couple of sachets of powdered and just 2 tea bags - on the positive we received complimentary breakfasts each day and there was an open viewing gallery on level 40 (top). No iron or board in the room but asked guest services by phone and it was brought to the room in minutes. Overall good value and would recommend. Star Ferry terminal at clock tower is about a 10 min walk and airport express train at Kowloon MTR station is a $40HK taxi ride (about 15 mins). TST station is 2 min walk." - Stephen Thompson
