Hotel Pension Attache Vienna

Very good location but the hotel itself is looking very old and maybe in need of a refurb. Staff very helpful indeed.

A top quality basic hotel in an excellent position. If you want to stay in Vienna near the city and have easy access to sights and restaurants at an affordable price, then this is the place. The staff were excellent, the breakfast fine and the room, while basic, had all that we needed. The place is easy to find and we would certainly stay there again.

Location is accessible, with trams to downtown. Hotel breakfast is great. Hotel staffs are friendly, but we hoped if he could have more knowledge about questions and information asked by a tourist.

A facile location: tram stop is in front of the hotel. There are 3-4 stops by tram from the hotel to City Center. Clean and with a pleasant and helpful personnel. Breakfast is OK. Room rather small but had verything you need except for A/C. Bathroom was OK. However there was a problem with the bed: sqeaks, are probably old and should be replaced. Also, the doors are not sound insulated and in the morning starting at around 7:00 o'clock were people chating, doors sqeaking, running on the corridors, and all kind of noise comming through. Also, my room was on the street side and was very noisy. Was too worm, there was no A/C and I could not sleep, because of noise, with the window open.

The staff here are great. Extremely friendly and helpful. The location is superb. The tram stop is just across the street and trams come every 2 minutes. Breakfast was cosy and sufficient. Fresh bread and lovely coffee to start the day. We stayed here about 5 nights and were very happy with our choice.

Recommend this hotel - fairly recently renovated, so ignore others comments about it needing renovation. Very friendly, helpful staff

Rooms were European standard in size, clean and well maintained and available at our early arrival (8am). Receptionist was very helpful. We are non smokers and our room was next door to heavy smokers, so smoke smell would drift into our room and fill the mini foyer outside our room. -10degrees outside so our windows were open to air briefly. Breakfast was not expected usual American style, no toast, and the only type of eggs offered was scrambled, from a buffet which did not keep its heat. Location was outside of centre, but easily accessible by tram, as well as easy bus access to main intercity train stations. Price was high due to New Year booking, but this seemed the norm.

I spent here almost a week and was very satisfied with everything! Wonderful, nice, helpful staff, elegant hotel facilities, tidy and cozy room! On workdays, there is very loud trafic outside in front of the hotel, but the night is peaceful and calm. Highly recommended hotel!!

Is not the first time when i choose this small hotel and for sure is not the last one. Is very good for both: short business visits or family vacations. I realy recomand him.

I like this hotel a lot. We stayed here a total of 6 nights on two different occasions. I found the staff superbly friendly and helpful towards every guest. Small things make holidays memorable! I will stay here again. The tram and bus stops are just at the door step! Very good location.

this was last minute booking, so the rate was fabulous. Arrived from the direction and it was very easy for West or South Train station. Easy on the bus - and Location was the best, 4 stops and at the Opera House which is the central to everything could walk there Hotel was very very good, clean, service excellent, Breakfast was excellent Yes would recommend highly very good value and staff excellent. Hotel was fully booked but was able to book an extra nigh for us..... Would stay again, as I stayed with my teenage daughter and we both enjoyed the twin room

the reception is very nice and helpful. room is clean and well decorated. the only issue is there is no air-con and our room is next to the street when windows open.

Nice simple breakfast buffet. Small room, but wasn't looking for a villa (just a good place to sleep).

For the most part the location was good. Service was friendly albeit a little slow, when we asked for someone to check the room it took a good deal longer then the 5 minutes indicated by the front desk. We asked for a non-smoking room but it was clear that smoking goes on everywhere, although the breakfast room and lobby were smoke free areas, at least while we were there. For the money and the proximity to where we wanted to be it was pretty good and very easy to get to and from with the public transportation. Room was very small, but adequate, we asked for a komfort room with private bath. The mattresses and pillows were a bit hard, but we only needed a place to lay our heads at the end of the day as we were out for the most part. Breakfast was fine, served buffet style with plenty to choose from. All in all it was okay, since it is the first time in Vienna I have nothing to compare it to but it was good.

Everything was OK but nothing more. This guesthouse (it's not a real hotel so don't be fooled by the 4-star rating) needs refurbishment. The staff was very friendly. The reception area smells of cigarettes but the room was non-smoking. Fast wired Internet (price OK). TV with unusable remote control. The location is perfect (5mins by tram to the State Opera). If you happen to get a room facing the main street you'll be woken by the traffic noise despite the double glazing. You get what you pay for basically... Next time I'll search for another place.

Staff were very helpful, very easy to get to the city on a tram. Was on the main road, a little noisy but convenient. Good value

It is not a hotel, it is a guesthouse (pension) covering first three floors. That's why the price (EUR 98) was too high, especially that it was ca. 15 minutes to the metro. On the other hand, the room was really nice, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast buffet was OK.

Quiet place, nice, close to the town center (10min walk). Maybe is one of the optimal places if you want to get fast walking to museums, opera, shopping, etc.
