The location is excellent: just a few steps away from the GranVia and yet on a quiet lane. The rooms are well appointed and rather spacious. The decoration is contemporary and recent. On balance, I was very satisfied with this hotel.
The Petit Palace Tres Cruces Hotel is overall a good hotel, great location, very nice, modern rooms. Overall, however, it seemed that there was too little on offer for the price.
They need to fix their electronic door locks, we had difficulties entering our room nearly every day of our stay... But apart from that the hotel was lovely!

A fantastic location and lovely (if a bit petit! rooms) No restaurant- but this seemed to be in keeping with the entire city! You better like Tapas!
The double room we were given was far too small. Besides the bed, there was only one single chair and no space the lay down one piece of luggage. The glassdoor to the bathroom sounds bery modern but it gives no kind of intimacy!
We didn't know before that this hotel located in the heart of Madrid! It has many hotel chain but this one is small but modern! Free internet access. Very convenient to go anywhere and loctaed the safe area. Very near the attraction and easy to get the sight seeing bus. Most recommend hotel with the cheaper price.
