Hotel Presidente Macau

great affordable hotel in a good location!

In general, a hotel that has a good location and it is somewhere I would consider staying at again. Downsides are that its shuttle bus doesn't ever seem to be in use, but we always took the nearby Lisboa hotel's shuttle bus. I also didn't like that we had to pay HK/MOP$500 deposit upon check-in, but that was returned to us on check out. Otherwise, the standard room was clean, spacious, with useful amenities like toothbrush/ comb etc provided.

Close to many casinos. Can take the Wynn shuttle bus to and from the ferry dock. Older hotel but with friendly staff and good pricing. Have stayed there twice and would stay again.

This is my 2nd visit to macau & have decided to stay in a cheaper hotel. I stayed in [other hotel] just opp of Presidente previously & it cost SGD500+ /night for 3 pax while Presidente cost 150/night for 2 pax. It is located amongst major casinos. The hotel is clean & has all the basic facilities & it offered free simple breakfast. The waitress pointed at the menu to suggest that i should place my order base on what is available on the menu without opening her mouth. I asked a waiter if the hotel offered free shuttle bus service & am surprised that he has no clue. No staff greeted/smile at us over the 3 days that we stayed in the hotel, including the hotel manager that i saw daily. We have to pull our luggages to our room by ourselves. I asked for a non smoking room but i can still smell smoke from the corridor when i stood near the door. Overall, i rate hotel 3 star and if all you need is a bed & shower area, with minimal service, i would recommend this hotel.

Good location, easy access to other hotels to use their free shuttle service to Zhuhai at anytime. However, I was disappointed that there was no shuttle bus at the ferry terminal to the hotel when I arrived. Anyway, one could take either the StarWorld or Lisboa free shuttle and then walk to the hotel. My room had a good view of the Grand Prix grandstand and I could catch a glimpse of the race. The services of the cafe that served the breakfast could be improved but the food is acceptable, I enjoyed their Yang Chow fried rice for lunch.

given the price, its value for money. its close to many of macau's attractions and short walking distance to many hotel casinos. also, the macau grand prix passes right in front of the hotel. and, finally, the food in the hotel restaurant is reasonably priced. the only drawback is that the hotel's shuttle service is really bad, a worn down toyota van with no aircon. the other hotels are using luxury coaches and mini-buses and they have regular route to and from the macau ferry terminal. i will stay there again.

We're pleasantly greeted everyday by a great hotel team. The hotel is strategically location is especially convenient for those who wish to venture across to Wynns, MGM casinos to name a few. Available bus services from the surrounding hotels to Gong Bei and Ferry terminal was a blessing. Delicious food can be found in a litte 24 hrs restaurant next to the hotel...... It'll be super if breakfast was included in the hotel package, however,.... Astalavista !! we'll be back !! ....M&M from Singapore....
