Getting there:From the highway: take exit n° 40, turn right on the Avenue de Cannes (RN 7). After the Police station, turn right at the trafic light on the Avenue des Ecureuils. Stay on the Avenue des Ecureuils for 600 m and at the trafic light turn left on Avenue de la Mer. After the first bridge over the river Siagne, the residence Cannes Rivage is on your right.

If you got a car, stay in this hotel. Around 5 mints by car to the beach. Beautiful resort type hotel. So relaxing healthy area. Would stay there again for sure.
Very cozy spacious hotel close to Cannes.
We recently stayed at this property & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's near a beach, but away from the bustle & traffic of Cannes centre, so perfect for families etc. Lovely pool, nice apt with fully fitted modern kitchen, Would happily stay there again at the good rates offered at [your website]!
The apartment was spacious, stylish and clean. It was rather expensive, owing to the cannes film festival. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it could have benefited from a bar in the evening.
Window's handle was wroken, need to be repaired. All the rest was in perfect condition.
Excellent location for the beach (great beach restaurant called Le Sweet) or travelling around region. We would stay at Cannes Rivage again - user friendly for kids too.
Very nice location close to excellent beaches, and only ten mins to Cannes by car.only a ten min walk to Napoule marina and resteraunts if you want to stay close in evening,close to large supermarket for all supplies. staff were very nice and would like to say a big thankyou to the new receptionist just over from Canada who was very helpfull. would definatley recomend hotel.would suggest hiring a car so you can visit St Tropez and St Raphael, Nice and Monte Carlo. the coastal drives to these places are worth the time.
Clean, no frills apartment within a reasonable distance of Cannes. Excellent value for moeny.

Very pleasant little hideaway close to many things if you have a car but not in the middle of the noise and traffic. Very clean and well maintained.
