"Five of my friends and myself were celebrating my 40th birthday and we stayed at this very beautiful hotel. We were impressed with the size, quality and décor of the rooms. However, the reception staff was terrible. First, I had two separate reservations (one triple suite and two double suites). They lost one of the reservations and told me that they had no rooms available. I told them that I had already paid a deposit and had a confirmation number. They told me “sorry.” I called the booking agency and they straightened it out. In addition, I had contacted the hotel a week in advance to find out how to reserve spa services because there were 6 of us traveling together. It took almost a week and several other phone calls until they finally faxed the price listing and services. The hotel would not allow you to pre-book. By the time we got to the hotel, there were only two slots. Our travel group had to go to other establishments and had to split up to get our spa services. " - Libbie Adams
