Getting there:From the airport: Turn right on to Sir Donald Bradman Drive. Follow until you get to West Terrace, turn left and follow until North Terrace (veer to the right 90 degrees). Turn right on to Pulteney Street, and right on to Austin Street. Park in an available loading zone and walk through the Renaissance Centre to the Hotel. Please note: a permit pass is required by Adelaide City Council to utilise the loading zones. Please contact the hotel prior to arrival to source a permit pass.

Nice hotel in the Rundle Mall. The room I was in had been refurbished and was very large and excellent value. It had a bath as well as a walk in shower. There is a very cool bar on the first floor but judging by the turntables set up it could generate some noise on the weekends.
Comfortable and very convenient to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Would recommend as a value for money hotel.

The well-appointed Executive Suites feature a beautifully furnished separate space incorporating a dining and lounge area. The suites consist of two 32 inch Samsung HD LCD Televisions, and bathrooms including double vanity, bevelled glass showers and separate bath.
I was pleasantly surprised my my stay ay Hotel Richmond - my room was very quiet despite its location in Rundle Mall, the bed comfortable and the included buffet-style continental breakfast was lovely. Travelling with my toddler could have made things much more difficult, but the staff were so helpful - even taking my luggage to and from my car - that my life was made much easier for the duration of my stay. I was most impressed with this hotel, having stayed at more expensive places and not received half the service, and I will definitely not only stay again myself, but will recommend this hotel to friends and family staying in Adelaide.

This Hotel was lovely decorated and I loved the dining room and the way it was decorated. Great bar selection and nice balcony to eat a meal on. Perfect for shopping in the city. We shopped and walked back to our room to drop off gear then out the door again. Close to resturants as the Hotel resturant wasnt open on the Friday night which I though was unusual. Would stay here again.
very nice location, accessible to almost all the shops and important land marks such as museum, library and hospital.
The staff were extremely pleasant and always very helpful.
My only concern was music from the Bar/night club on the 1st floor which is open on Friday & Saturday night. I was on the 4th floor and could hear it. The staff were very apologetic and offered ear plugs etc.
Always a great and convent place to stay. Staff always friendly and helpful everytime I stay.
No major issue but a couple of lights out in room and flat battery in alarm clock. Restaurant rather funky with great ambience, great food and great staff
Nice hotel, in great location in heart of Adelaide CBD. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and nightlife. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and bed was comfortable.

I/We found every staff member to be both friendly and extreemly helpful I/We had a fantastic stay and alot of that was due to the staff's attitude. I will stay there again.
Excellent location in the end of the mall. very nice people working in the reception but the girls working in the bar/restaurant/breakfastbuffet were´nt serviceminded or nice. The hotel is great looking and actually european looking inside.
Nice hotel in the Rundle Mall centre of the cafe areas. Lead in room type on the small side but still fine. Nice cont buffet breakfast included.Ratetogo offers cheaper prices than what the hotel can.A nice boutique small hotel. enjoy
it should be made clear when booking the room for three people that they expect you to sleep in one bed. they did supply me with a second bed for my daughter and added a $35 charge per night, i said i was not happy with this and they took the charge off my room. apart from that we enjoyed our stay.
I thought I had purchased a bargain but they just put me into a cheap room
