Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur

nice location. need some minor renovations on rooms. room service very poor. just make up the bed, n replace coffee, soap, etc..but did not make the room clean. called front desk and was answered rudely. asked for 2 bucket of ice but only given 1 and was scolded for asking more without even telling me why. will use this hotel as my last choice next time.

It used to be a good and comfort hotel to stay, however, as time pass, it became quite uncomfortable, especially the bathroom, the maintenance team must be quite tiring to work in this hotel, most broken thing seem to be tried quite hard by the maintenance team to fixed and not by replace and repair. This hotel by my comment need to have very serious upgrading. for RM 200++ it do not seem to be worth for the value.

Booked deluxe room and expecting a king size bed but was fully booked. End up was arranged a room with 2 single bed. Room condition is run down especially the both room.

Good location with all the shopping area around the hotel area within walking distance. Will return back if were to go KL again

Great hotel. Fantastic location for food and shopping only 100 meters away. Its also very quite surprisingly. Its also new.

We found the Coronade was not as good as previous year when we stayed in October 2008, some of the staff not as helpful and took some time to organise our room. When asking for items from housekeeping seem to be a delay in getting the items e.g. towels etc. Washing came back with marks on a top, not previously there. Breakfast is cold each morning. The plus,the Hotel is situated, close to monorail and to numerous shopping centres. We will be staying some where else on our next visit.

Hotel located at very convenient place - comfortable enough for short stay cos furniture is rather old - service wise is good - hotel staffs are very friendly -would recommend to friends

Clean and comfortable hotel. Arrived 1.5 days late due to flight cancellation, room was not held so ended up with a room with two single beds (instead of double as booked). Front counter staff very surly even for 2am. Location can't be beat for Bukit Bintang shoppers although may be a bit too close for light sleepers, made transfer the next day via monorail and bus to airport very easy. Breakfast fairly good, found price very competitive considering other competition in area.

We were very happy with evrything,especially the loctaion (which is very close to most popular shopping centres)

Very close to the monorail, excellent shopping and eating places directly opposite, views of the Petronas towers and Observation tower from our 10th floor room. Walk to either in 20 minutes. Take a map to show taxi driver, we had problems, access road a tiny lane. Efficient service, wonderful buffet breakfast.

Overall experience was good!

Very disappointed by the insulation of the rooms. You can hear the toilet flushing and tap water running from the neighbouring rooms. Could not get peaceful sleep. Breakfast not much variety and were prepared very early. Nevertheless the location is good, very near to most of the shopping areas.

the hotel has a very good location, food is ok, room is ok except for their sewage system which is quite noisy but overall everthing is good.

Great location but stayed during a Saturday night and could hear music from the bar across the road till 2am. If you don't mind a smelly fridge and some noise during weekends, then this hotel is a great location if you want everything within a 1 km radius.

The location is excellent, just across Sungei Wang Plaza and other Bukit Bintang's mall. But the room is quite small and the sound from the monorail above is very annoying. The food in the restaurant is average.

HOTEL GETTING A LITTLE TIRED AND WOULD IMPROVE WITH REFURBISHMENT. EVERYTHING ELSE VERY SATISFACTORY, SERVICE EXCELLENT.
