"Hotel did not meet expectations
Kariokee Bar on 2nd Floor - just short of Brothel
As a Business Hotel - not acceptable
Meals and Service - Questionable

"The hotel does not have a proper bussiness centre. when i asked for the bussiness centre, the hotel showed me a room with two computers. To get internet, either i have to buy a internet card or use the coin operated computer machine. The coin machine was broken. when internet card can only be used once and it is quite expensive!. not recommended for bussiness traveller." - Anonymous
"Positives - Great Location - Plenty of shops & food outlets. Bus Stop out the front of hotel with stops to Orchard Road, Little India etc. Front desk staff were helpful and breakfast was provided with hotel stay. Room was clean although very dated and could do with a revamp.
Negatives - The Karoke bar stays open until 2.00am and the hotel has music in the foyers which we could hear from our room, not impressive when all you want is a good night's sleep. We had to call room service to get our room cleaned. We would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of sound proofing in the rooms. " - Anonymous
"Apart from the toilet leaking for our entire trip (it was temporarily fixed but still leaked!) we fouind the hotel clean and very comfortable. The rooms were quite spacious although we had to ask for more tea/coffee sachets on most days. The hotel has easy access to the MRT which is a good way to get around Singapore. Breakfast was good but expensive. There is a shopping centre across the road open from about 10am to 9pm most days so this was the cheaper option." - Michelle Dal Pozzo
