"The building is quite old fashioned which gives it some charm. Enjoyed my short stay at this hotel. Staff worked very hard. Location is excellent, within walking distance from many major sites and a hundred metres or so from the nearest tube. Price has dropped quite significantly this year. Would definitely stay here again if I was in central London." - Anonymous
"Classic hotel, the glamour less faded than I'd expected. Great central location. Room clean and comfortable, although there was some noise from possibly aircon in another room. Good buffet breakfast. No business facilities though - £4 for 20 mins internet and no access to printer." - Anonymous
"Good location. Soft bed and reasonable (for London) size room. It is a real british hotel (in my view)." - Anonymous
"Very good value and excellent location in Central London. I thought
the charge for high-speed internet per day was steep. I've stayed at other London hotels where wireless is free in the lobby but not here!
Good buffet breakfast in a lovely dining room. Room was not a bad size by London standards. " - Judy Dine
