"Very good value and excellent location in Central London. I thought
the charge for high-speed internet per day was steep. I've stayed at other London hotels where wireless is free in the lobby but not here!
Good buffet breakfast in a lovely dining room. Room was not a bad size by London standards. " - Judy Dine
"A very nice 'palatial' hotel very well located near Russell Square, Russell Square Tube Station, and a host of cafes, restaurants and shops. Breakfast if not included is easily had in nearby cafes including ones in the gardens across the street. The only problem with this hotel, thanks to its great location at Russell Square is the noise from the street. If you have a street-front room you can expect a lot of street noise until at least midnight and again from about 3am. Sirens are quite common as well. Some double-glazing on the street front windows would be a great improvement. Restaurant (room service) food is VERY good. All in all, a very nice stay in a great area." - Brian Iselin
"I love this hotel. Every time go to London, I will stay there for a night. The price is a little expensive to me, but the old building is so fantasic!" - Wenxue Lu
"A lovely hotel ideally placed for a weekends shopping or a trip to theatre (or both) - we'l will certainly stay here again." - Martin Woolmington
