The Santika Hotel was a pleasant stay, with friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. I would suggest paying a little extra, and stay in the pool view room. Would definatley stay again.
overal a good stay, loved the breakfast buffet as they have many variety. their toilet windows has a gap so mosquitos comes at night.. they prepare the anti-mosquito though but they should do something bout the windows...

Hotel is average though good location. We had a room with leaky toilet. renovation would be good. bed was hugeeee though, i think it's super kingsize n comfortable. baby cot available but abit small for 18 months old baby.. very nice variety breakfast that's a plus..
Good location, not too far from the main road where you can find alot of food and short walk to Discovery mall, water bom theme park & Kuta art market. Rooms at level 1 will have mosquitoes for company. Only 1 hour of complimentary Wifi :( If you choose to chill at the beach, you will be harassed by paddlers offering manicure, massage, tatoo, hair braiding & many other services. You might be able to bargain for a cheaper-than-shops price if you are keen. Stay by the pool if you dread the harassment. A small bottle beer by the pool bar is about IDR 42K. Thumbs up for the breakfast. Theres also a nice resturant call Sands within the compound by the beach for romantic dinner. Overall exprience was pretty pleasent.

Stayed here for 3 nights end of January 2011. The hotel is very convenient to shops, bars and restaurants and also the airport. The hotel staff were all very obliging and service good so I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to future guests, although there are probably cheaper hotels to be found in Kuta. The hotel is also located in a quieter part of town, but still only a 10 minute walk to the 'action' discos etc.
We loved our stay at The Santiki Beach Resort. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly nothing was too much for them. We will definately stay at the hotel again when next time we come to Bali

Lovely resort. Facilities were excellent, great pool, bar and excellent food. Location right amongst lots of shopping and great restaurants, yet once in the Resort feels secluded and private. Also has access to the beach. The service was very quick, and all staff we came into contact with were very friendly and chatty, wanting to know about where you were from and your experiences in Bali.
You can feel the warmth the moment you step into the hotel . staff always have that smile for you . breakfast was wonderful and has variety.. this is a strategically located location for those who wants to SHOP and be near to the happenings in Kuta
The Santika was fantastic. It was close enough to Kuta to walk, but far enough away to be out of the hussle and bussle. The staff were friendly, the grounds beautiful and the pool amazing. We had a terrific stay and will be returning as soon as we can.
Good location and facilities. Close to airport but no real aircraft noise, nice beach area and pools, and only 10 minute walk to Kuta. Rooms were large and clean with comfortable beds. Staff friendly and helpful, but management might need to update procedures with regard late checkouts, as they were not very organised with knowing when people were checking in and out. With many flight in and out of Bali late evening late checkouts need to be a standard item offered here.
Beautiful tropical gardens and delightful, friendly staff. Would recommend the hotel as a perfect getaway for couples.
Staff members there are friendly and willing to help. Clean room. TV system is not upgraded but choice of channels is versatile enough.

Beautiful hotel, reasonably priced only problem is that there is no direct access to the beach. The stretch of Kuta Beach around there is not too pretty either, lots of construction going on at the moment. But overall a very nice experience
The location was great, close to Kuta, Close to shopping, on the beach. Rooms are avegare, service good, location great.
