"1 direct tram to city center. walking distance to chapel street. located next to a petrol kiosk. free parking. breakfast serve from 7am to 11am which is unusual to have. each room with a balcony. hot water are on and off which i need to constantly adjust the hot/cold tap. housekeeping is only till 1pm, which after that no more housekeeping. its a good location with tram to city, bus to st kilda/richmond. staff are quite friendly. overall its a quite good hotel to rate." - ANG KIM LENG(IVIA)
