"Nice hotel, almost bed & breakfast.In a middle age building but rooms are not to small. It's not good for disable as there is not elevator. "fantastic Hotel, in a great location in the old town, about 2 mins walk to the Gamla Stan station, which in turn is about 2 minutes from Stockholm Central station. Welcome to an authentic hotel built in the 1600s in Gamla Stan in Stockholm!
The hotel has a cellar from mediaeval times and is located in a small, quiet square, which gives the hotel its name (Sven Vintappare means Sven, the winemaker), in the middle of the mediaeval centre of Stockholm, just a minute’s walk from the Royal Palace and from shopping on Västerlånggatan. The building is from 1607, and was completely renovated as a hotel, with six double rooms and one suite, in 2002 – 2004.
