"The price is reasonable and they upgraded us to a suite, which was very nice. I just found out booking thru any agency in HK with return ferry tickets would be even cheaper. The location is ok, quite, but not easy to catch bus or cab during peak hours.

"Since the hotel belongs to the Best Western chain, the staff should be properly trained to communicate well in English especially to foreigners.
