"Excellent service, friendly people. Metro and busstops at 5 minutes walking distance.
Unfortunately there is no outside terrace where one can sit and relax. The "garden" consists of a small area with some trees where also the swimmingpool is located.

"This is an older style hotel conveniently located on one of Lisbon's main thoroughfares. Check in was swift and efficient. I had requested a non-smoking room on a high floor so was pleased to be given a room on the top floor. I had booked a twin room with single use but my room, although perfectly adequate,was small and would have been cramped for two people. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of waiters to escort guests to table and ensure nothing ran out." - Shane O'mahony

"It is rare today to find a hotel that offers such good traditional service. The Tivoli Hotel Lisbon does so in style with an attentive staff who go out of their way to provide everything a 5 star hotel should offer. As a frequent traveler who spends 150 nights a year in hotels this was a welcome change "from the norm". We did not tell them it was my wife's 50th birthday, yet they found out and we found a complimentery birhday cake and bottle of wine in our room on the evening of her birthday!
Overall highly recommended and we will stay there in the future. " - george mclaren

From North / or Lisbon International Airport:
Take the Av. Marechal Craveiro Lopes (2ª Circular).
Exit at Campo Grande, entering the Alameda do Campo Grande.
Pass under Av. da República tunnels, until you reach the Praça Duque de Saldanha.
Carry on straight ahead, along the Av. Fontes Pereira de Melo, and enter the large roundabout at Marquês de Pombal.
Exit the roundabout on the second right, immediately entering the side lane, which runs parallel to the Av. da Liberdade.
The Tivoli Lisboa is on your right, four blocks down, Av. da Liberdade 185.
