Understanding Venice was a first hurdle - getting to the hotel. After that all was quite satisfactory. Separate from the hotel, our experience of the quality of food preparation in Venice was not good. Overpriced and poorly prepared.
We only stayed for two nights, and whilst the service for breakfast on the first morning was perfect, the second morning was not so good. The waiter was alone with too many guests to cope with. I had to ask for a couple of items that should have been on the table. However, we would definately stay again, as everyone was very helpful and friendly and it was perfectly situated.
WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THIS HOTEL. THE STAFF WERE REALLY HELPFUL AND EVERY EFFORT WAS MADE FOR OUR COMFORT. THE HOTEL WAS TRADITIONALY FURNISHED WITH MANY LOVELY FEATURES. BREAKFAST COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER BUT WAS ADEQUATE. WAS NICELY SITUATED AWAY FROM THE CENTRE OF VENICE WITH A WATER BUS RIGHT OUTSIDE. LOVED IT.
Typical continental breakfast, cereals however not up to the standard that you would get at home. Ideal place to stay, waterbus right outside the door, regular service every 20 minutes. Would recommend the watertaxi from the airport, expensive, but only takes 15 minutes. What a fast and exiting way to enter the city.
nice, clean, kind, and just in front of a bus(boat) station. In few words, more than ok
Friendly staff, got up eariler forus to do our breakfast so we could catch our flight. Traditional Venician decor. in a quiet location which was nice to get away from the main crowds in August. waterbus just outside the hotel.
Some fruit for breakfast would have been nice. The pillows were not comfortable. Staff were helpful and gave good directions about how to access services and water taxis.
Very good location, and helpful staff. Where initially put in the very top floor 72 steps up carrying heavy cases as the building didnt have a lift, the person on the desk offered us accommodation on the bottom floor from the next day and they carried all our gear down for us which was awesome. Great breakfast.
Breakfast was a very limited affair, some cereal, croissant and juice. Always nice to have some fruit and/or wholemeal bread.
The only fault with this hotel was the breakfast there was no fresh fruit or even yogourts very basic but service fine.Improve the breakfast and it would be top notch for the price. Very pretty little hotel.
The breakfast was particularly poor, it was a cold buffet with no fresh bread/pastries or fruit and the juice was squash.
It was a nice hotel with friendly staff. A boat stop outside the hotel made it simple to go to the more central parts of Venice. The breakfast was continental and good but could have been better with more bread and fruit. We recommend it even if our room was quite small
Neat, nice and comfortable with kind staff. Have wonderful rooms with a view of the canal and is located in a quiet area, 30 minutes walk from the more touristic areas. The breakfast was rather boring (or at least unhealthy) but the coffee tasted heavenly!
Easy to find and very friendly staff. I would definately recommend this hotel.
tre archi is in a quiet and unfashionable part of venice, real venice and easily accessable to all places to visit. good ordinary trattorias locally, where you do not get ripped off!
Nice, quiet place and still good connected - with the vaporetto right in front of the hotel.
we were very pleased to be given a room with a canal view-it was a lovely room and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! thanks to all the staff.
