Being alone on this trip, I always felt safe and secure at your hotel. The staff were warm, friendly and efficient. I was very happy with the chauffeur service and will definately use this on my next stay. I ordered just one room service meal and was dissapointed with it, however the breakfast in the resturaunt was excellent. The close proximity to the cbd was great. Many thanks to Chloe, Simon and the many happy helpful staff members.
Renovations that have been done since I last stayed at this hotel under the name Goodearth have much improved this establishment

Our biggest rant is about the breakfast buffet. For $28 each we were disappointed. Most of the hot food was cold e.g. eggs, bacon, mushrooms. The only thing that was good was the fresh fruit but when it was all gone at only 9.30 it wasn't replenished. It was our own fault for not checking it out first before paying. Otherwise the room and facilities were fine.
The Hotel Urban in Brisbane staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Great location right near the Roma Gardens.
Stay was enjoyable. Housekeeping was'nt the best. Staff most were friendly and helpfull. Location was OK just a short walk to city. Probably try elsewhere next time we visit Brisbane.
Hotel Urban was clean and quiet for most of the time. Pricing was OK for being just outside the CBD. Car Park was tight.
Excellent place to stay, very hany to city. Great beds very comfortable. Will stay again great experience. One down side is the car park, very tight.
As Hotel Urban has a good relationship with the 'Droughtmaster Stud Cattle Society' I chose it to stay at the recent Ekka. I was pleasently surprised at how nice it is and value for money and would stay there again. Thank you.
Very quick walk to the CBD, service was great although our mini bar was not refilled after the first night. Would love to stay there again - Staff were friendly and the restaurant was great!
One of our nights was interrupted by noisy guests in the room next door to ours. We did mention it at reception the next evening on our return to the hotel-we received no apology but a complaint must have already been made, and we were told to phone reception immediately if there were any more problems. In hindsight we should have made the complaint immediately, even if it was 5am!!
Although the room was clean, public areas were not, food in the restaurant, expensive and average, because of the location there are not a lot of close alternatives. On check out they wanted to charge expensive car parking fees, a bit of a trap as my feeling was that was included. Would not rush back there
The grading for Service, Cleanliness, Location etc says it adequately. No complaints at all. Highly recommended
Modern and attractive hotel with very frendly staff in in very pleasant quiet location. Dining area offers excellent service and high quality food.Internet access is available at no charge basis in recption area. In short highly recommended!
I thought the staff were helpful and friendly, and I would recommend it to my friends
Very comfortable, and free hotel parking a real bonus. Only suggestions I would make would be to provide an ice tray in the minifridge and body lotion in bathroom (saves having to pack that too on a short stay.) Would definitely stay again.
We found the hotel to be both stylish and comfortable hotel - the room and bedding was especially so, the breakfasts were superb - healthy, tasty and plenty of choice so it was really great value for money and a good start to the day. The location was stunning and close to the beautiful Roma Park gardens and Spectacle garden, which we discovered by chance. Some might need a taxi to climb back up the hill at the end of the day, but a small price to pay for the position.
This was my second stay at this hotel and I would stay there again if needing city accommadation.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Urban Hotel and will keep it in mind when we return to Brisbane next.
Brilliant quiet location loved it.
I enjoyed my post operative stay (previously inpatient at St Andrews) and I would definately stay there again and recommend the hotel to family and friends
