"We stayed in the annex building and got a different breakfast than the main building which I didn't think was fair. Also, they are not equipped to handle a large number of guests for breakfast and we had to line up. You are not allowed to take breakfast to your room.
Only 1 person on their reception staff spoke English well enough to help us, the rest spoek or understood little to no English. " - Anonymous
"the staff speak and understand a good level of english. Good room size for the price i paid (compare to Sakura Hotel Ikeburuko) and inclusing a simple breakfast. The staff are genuinely helpful and go out of their way (Ms Suzuki) to help me to find the way to a POI. I'm certainly back to this hotel for my returning trip. " - Anonymous
