Located only 50mt from the sea, the Hotel Villa La Brise is located in a building dating from the beginning of the XX century, in a quiet residential area.
Run enthusiastically by a young family, its position is ideal for short breaks or long summer holidays.
Located at the eastern entrance of Sanremo, it is only 5Km away from the A10 motorway, 1,5Km from Sanremo railways station and 60Km from Nice International Airport.
The hotel has a bar and a private garden; 20 rooms with air conditioning, private bathroom, television with satellite channels, direct telephone. Ten of the rooms have a private terrace overlooking the sea.
With private parking for about 16 cars and next to the departure of the local bus, the hotel is ideal for staying in Sanremo and not having to worry about the car, thus offering the chance of visiting town and the surrounding area in complete relax. And the beaches are only across the road

FROM THE A10 MOTORWAY
From Arma di Taggia Toll exit proceed south towards the sea, then turn right at the first corner that indicates “Sanremo”.
Immediately after the tunnel, exit the dual carriageway towards “Valle Armea/Mercato dei fiori” (signs for this exit are in the tunnel) and proceed south to the sea, towards Sanremo.
At the roundabout turn right and proceed on this road to the hotel (approx 2Km).
FROM THE RAILWAY STATION
Exit the station and proceed towards the main road. Cross the road and head for the bus stop. Any bus going towards “La Brezza” or “Arma di Taggia” and beyond will make a stop in front of Villa La Brise.
Otherwise the hotel is only about 25 minutes walk from the station.

From Friday 10th August to Wednesday 22nd August included, cancellation without penalty will be accepted up to 7 days before arrival date.
7 days notice or less will incur in a penalty of 50% of
the total amount of the booking. No shows will be charged
at 100% of the booking value. |
| Car Parking: |
Car parking is available for free to guests. We have about 12 spaces in the hotel car park/garage. It may be necessary for the guest to leave the car keys with reception overnight.
Should the car parking be full, spaces are available on the seaside street about 5 minutes walk from the hotel |
