Great hotel just a short stroll from the centre of town. Not sure about "American" breakfast as only thing hot was scrambled eggs. Great water and Vesuvius views from balcony. Only on-street parking which desk staff arrange. Staff were very friendly and best we found in Italy. Highly recommended.
Great hotel, very very clean, service was exceptional from breakfast to the front of house staff. location was very good, not right in the centre although Sorrento is very small, so still a very short stroll away. Location also meant it was somewhat quieter. Rooms pleasant and well looked after, would have no problem recommending

Very close to the center of Sorrento; decent buffet breakfast; rather small but clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and service-minded.
I was very pleased with the room that I stayed in. Also the hotel was very generous with allowing me to keep my luggage behind the desk while I shopped at shops down the road in the morning. The receptionist gave me the option of getting a shower, if I wanted, when I came back from walking in the HOT sun as well.
Pleasant family run hotel with helpful and obliging staff. Would certainly use it again if visiting that area.
The menu in the dining room is somewhat limited and unimaginative and we preferred to eat out at night. However, the staff were exceptionally good and the hotel was clean. It would have benefitted from a parking area but the lack of this was understandable in the centre of a busy holyday town. It was very enjoyable.
Ideal property for good value travelling. Friendly service. Faultlessly clean. Good location at the end of town made it close enough to be handy but far enough away to be out of the main roar of traffic and people. Fairly basic facilities but at this price who could question it....I would highly recommend it to others.
