This 4-star boutique hotel, which dates to 1903, is situated in 7 beautiful mansions and is situated in a quiet little sanctuary conveniently located in the bustling heart of Amsterdam, 15 minutes from the Dam Square.
At the end of the street you will find the Vondelpark.
The hotel is located within a stone’s throw away from the Concertgebouw, Museumplein with the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum, the Stedelijk Museum and the P.C. Hooftstraat where you will find the most exclusive shops of Amsterdam. The famous Leidseplein is in the immediate vicinity.

HOW TO GET FROM SCHIPHOL TO HOTEL VONDEL
1. TAXI: You find a taxi-stand in front of the arrivalhall. The costs will be approximately € 45,00. The drive will take about 20 minutes.
2. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Take the train from Schiphol-Airport to Amsterdam Central Station. Costs: +/- € 4,00 per person. (single fare) Travelling time: +/- 20 minutes. When you’re leaving the Central Station you can take a taxi to Hotel Vondel. Costs: +/- € 15,00. It is also possible to take tram number 1, 2 or 5 to the ”Leidseplein”. Costs: +/- € 2,00 per person. You can buy tickets at the conductor in the back of the tram.
3. KLM-SHUTTLEBUS: You can find busstop A7 in font of the arrivalhall. Costs: +/- € 10,00 per person. (single fare) You can buy tickets at the KLM-desk or in the bus. |
