Our apartments have fully furnished bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens and are equipped with all you need for your stay. Bedrooms are provided with everything from wardrobes to bed linen. Living rooms are furnished with comfy sofas and equipped with flat screen TV, digital box and DVD so you could relax and entertain. In kitchens you will find everything to cook and dine; modern kitchen units, cookware, cutlery and tableware will be waiting for you.

Getting there:From Waverly Bridge cross right over Princes St. onto South St Andrew St. Turn left onto St Andrew Square and take the first right Follow St Andrew Square and take the second right onto Queen St. From Queen St. head along to York Place At traffic signals continue until you reach Picardy Place roundabout. Turn left (1st exit) at the roundabout and head past The Edinburgh Playhouse (on the right) until you reach another roundabout Go straight over the roundabout (1st exit) and follow Leith Walk until the road forks. At these traffic signals turn left onto Great Junction St. Take the second left onto Lindsay Road Follow the road until you reach a roundabout and take the 2nd exit, following signs for The Western Harbour Development, The Element and The Next Generation Gym Follow this road until you reach the last block on the left, Western Harbour Midway. Turn left and follow the road right down to the water, the reception is located on the right hand side at the Waterfront Cafe.
Check-in Procedure:Follow the road until you reach a roundabout and take the 2nd exit, following signs for The Western Harbour Development, The Element and David Lloyd Gym. Follow this road until you reach the last block on the left, Western Harbour Midway. Turn left and follow the road down to the water, the reception is located on the right hand side at the Waterfront Cafe. Payments via credit card will attract a 2.5% surcharge. Security deposit of £200 or 50% of booking value, whichever is greater.
Car parking:Free underground car parking.
Child Policy:Children under 12 stay free of charge.

Very Friendly Reception Staff. Excellent Location. Only difficulty was moble phone reception fot T mobile was very poor - Have stayed in other aprtments in same block but on a different side and reception Ok. Wi Fi for computer excellent though. Will definately stay again.
The apartment was very clean and was close to a supermarket so very convenient. New building & the only dissapointment was that there was construction that blocked some of the view of the Firth of Fourth. Not far from downtown Edinburgh by car and very close to the Royal Yacht Brittania that is moored in Leith.
Excellent value , and top class accommodation. The apartment was well eqipped, comfortable, and spacious. We will definately be using this accomodation again.
Leith is a up and coming area, a bus service now stops outside these aaprtments, but yes there is a lot of building work in the area, so be prepared. Unfortunately the apartments were not very clean, the cooker was greasy, the floor/carpet was dirty.The tap in the kitchen was loose, the shower door was broken, the plug mechanism on the bath was broken, these faults were reported on our first day, but not fixed in our 2 week stay. The apartments themselves are of a good size in a nice area but they seem to be deteriorating quickly,which is a real shame,I could not rate them as 4 star accommodation, more 3, sorry.
Will be much better in the future when a bus service runs near the apartments. Towel rail, clothes hooks and grab handle for bath should be added in bathrooms, also mirrors in bedrooms Very impressed with the standard of cleanliness and well equiped apartment. Quietness of surroundings both inside and out were a bonus.
The staff were very helpful. the apartment required more cooking equipment and mirrors. they are in the early stages of development and it is not accesable by public transport to the apartments. It is about a five to ten minute walk to the nearest bus stop to takeyou into the city. The waterfront is an up and comming exciting area to stay. depending on which apartment you get,stunning views.
Paid £45 a night for a well positioned, well equipt, clean and comfortable two bed apartment - very reasonably priced. May even go as far as saying it was a bargain! I knew the location, so wasn't expecting anything near the city centre. Close to facilities at Ocean Terminal (Cinema, Shops etc), and a few local amenities along the road (10 minute walk). Great if you have a car or are willing to rely on taxis, it's about a 15 minute drive in to town. Nearest bus stop is about 10 minutes walk down the road.
very modern apartment at great value! Very spacious and well equipped. The only negative points: The stove was quite dirty and it would have been nice if basic cooking ingredients like salt and ketchup had been available.
