"Terribly pathetic hotel - total rip off. Size of room was very small, room was not in good condition and bed was totally uncomfortable. Location is also very bad - quite far from the city. Heating did not work!!! No phones in the room!! Staff was very rude and did not want to help in getting the heating to work in the rooms. This is really not a 3 star hotel as they claim, but more a 1 star hotel. Look for better options." - Anonymous
"Our family of four stayed here for 2 nights B&B for less than 200GBP total - not bad for a city. Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. Room was clean, spacious, but no kettle or haidryer, so had to purchase hot drinks from reception. Hotel still being finished off in places - garage not open yet but street parking free at weekends." - David Taylor
