"Quite difficult to find. Right by the rail lines so a bit noisy but didn't worry us as after a long journey we just crashed out. It was adequate for our needs and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Best bit was a secure garage which was important to us." - Anonymous
"I (55) stayed with my mother (86) at Le Colbert for a total of 3 nights. We found the hotel adequate for our needs. Friendly unobtrusive service. The proximity to the railway did not prevent us from sleeping. On the whole we felt that it was a decent value for money hotel. Be prepared to walk 15 minutes to get to the historical centre of Colmar. Friendly unobtrusive service. " - Gaby Greenwood
"I had a very pleasant stay at Le Colbert. Unfortunately I became sick while in Colmar so I spent more time in the hotel than I intended. The bedding was comfortable, the bathroom spacious, the staff helpful. Not particularly attractive decor - quite spare, industrial almost. However, everything seemed quite clean." - Anonymous
"Nice enough hotel & all staff very nice & friendly, but lots of noise from trains (to be expected though due to location) - also very noisy party going on until 5am although not sure if it was in the hotel or the building next door. Walls very thin so noise could be heard from all directions" - Anonymous
