Getting there:
Edinburgh International is our local airport and is a 20 minute drive away from the hotel.
Directions: From the M8 Eastbound, take A8 and after the airport to your left keep in the right lane, then under the underpass. Go straight on at major lights. Keep on this road for approximately 4 miles until you reach Princes Street (after Shandwick Place). Carry on to Princes Street and take the first left onto South South Charlotte Street. Go straight ahead and down the hill. Take a right (no left turn) onto Albyn Place, leading to Queen Street. Once on Queen street, take the 2nd turning on your left onto Queen Street Gardens East and then the 3rd right onto Great King Street. The Howard is situated within the first block on the left hand side.
Check-in Procedure:
You can check in to your room from 3pm on the day of arrival, and have the convenience of checking out at 12noon on the day of departure, should you have a late start.
