Great experience. very courteous staff and professional touch in all aspects of my stay there. The location is also perfect and relevant for businees trips as well as pleasure and leisure travels. Fast connection to downtown SFO and other nearby bay area cities. In order to ensure a better consumers' satisfaction, it is of great value to consider adjoining a fully separate and convenient cafeteria.

it was the cheapest hotel near the airport that offered a free airport shuttle and "breakfast." Needless to say, you get what you pay for. The staff was very nice and the room was.....
I usually have low expectations when getting some place cheap just for a stay over. Given some of the reviews, I expected to have some problem or another. However, the shuttle showed up (at 1 am), the desk was fast and friendly (both getting in and out the next day), the room was clean, nothing was broken, everything worked (microwave, TV, wireless internet). Yes, they had cheap shampoo (I bring my own) and the free breakfast is quite meager, but I did not expect a real breakfast here. But definitely served my needs of getting from the airport, reasonable room to crash for the night, and then to the BART station for my meetings downtown the next day.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average. It was a good value as I spent little time at the motel.

The employees were wonderful, courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and the other guests were respectful and quiet. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will be back next time we are in the bay area and need a good, affordable place to stay.
Very convenient for airport and BART via the shuttle that serves all the hotels in the Airport Boulevard - every 20/30 minutes. Room look like it had been recently renovated - continental breakfast included in the very good value price was a bit basic but more than adequate, served in the motel reception area

The location is good, very close to SFO airport, however, during my stay - 5 days, no Internet Connection for 3 days. I don't like that.
The hotel is a good choice for a short overnight stay before an early morning flight out.
We were glad we stayed here. No room to eat breakfast in the reception, but everything else was fine.
The hotel cost was great. The deal and the staff were awesome. An around the clock shuttle helps a lot too. If I needed a place to stay again, I would consider staying there again.
