Getting there:Located just 2 hours easy drive north of Sydney in the heart of wine country. If you are coming from Brisbane or Newcastle, turn off the New England Highway between Singleton & Branxton.

Car parking:Off street with no charge.
Child Policy:Extra adults are charged at $25 per night. Children are $18.00 per night. Kids under 12 are free sharing with parents in existing bedding. All rooms feature a queen bed with either 2 singles or a sofa double. There are also Spa Suites and a 2 Bedroom / Bathroom Cottage.

Very clean and compact cottage excellent for a couple within short driving distance to the Hunter Wineries and conerts, very quiet location

Nestled within our 40 year old vineyard, these rooms feature a King Bed, full size bath tub, timber ceilings and a wonderful view over the Brokenback Ranges.
These rooms are in separate cottages away from the main accommodation area and feature a King bed, double corner spa, timber ceilings, kitchenette, and a huge balcony overlooking the Wine Country.

Lovely weekend escape. Great for Central Coast holidaymakers or those from Sydney. Easy to find. Good BBQ facilities and cafe/restaurant outlet. Great for kids too. Could do with insulation regarding noise/conversations from adjoining rooms. However, would recommend.
The Cottage was so beautiful & the room was so homey. Great location close to all the attraction. The only complain would be the hot water in the shower took so long to warm up. Over all very happy with the stay we would definitely come back.
The restarant meal was OK but not as good as I had hoped, portions were small for the price, breakfasts were good tho, check in staff very friendly and helpful, would return

Nothing to do in the middle of no where Ok if you are a wine buff but should have missed it off our itinery!
Refusal by the chef to cook poached eggs for breakfast on the first morning. Big fuss created by their kitchen. Decided not to eat in the restuarant from then on. Advertised a children's playground. Only play equipment was an small old ricketty bridge. Living rooms were poorly furnished. Bathroom and bedrooms were well appointed. Broken toilet roll holder. No plugs in kitchen. Couldn't drink the tap water. Daily service cleaning was pretty substandard.
Great place, plenty to do and wounderful staff.
The Hunter Resort is well located with easy access to the Hunter Valley winerise. The cellar door Blue Tongue brewery and San Martino resteraunt made it easy to entertain yourself without having to get back in the car and drive anywhere once you had settled in your room. The San Martino restaraunt was excellent with well prepared and presented fare. Service at resort and restaraunt was very good. I would stay there again happily!
very convenient location and it was great to have the bar open till late
I think it was overpriced compare to its facilities. There was no vineyards view front the balcony which was misleading.
Loved the experience at Hunter Resort Hunter Valley - would return there definitely!
One of the best accommodations in Hunter Valley region. Relaxing atmosphere and suitable to families or group. There are lots of activities to do within the resort itself.
I thought the staff were very friendly and service was well above average. We had a fantastic time there and would happily go back.
