"Easy hotel for a one night stay. Extremely handy for the Chamartin train station as it is almost in the station itself." - Anonymous
"For us initially the main attraction was the proximity of the hotel to tired arriving passengers by rail. Chamartin is also an excellent starting point for Metro or Cercanias (local rail) to any part of Madrid. The hotel is a little austere lacking an additional all hours restaurant. The main restaurant does not open until 8.30 pm, OK for Spaniards but not for others with different lifestyle requirements.
Otherwise this is a good to very good hotel in almost all other respects. I liked the shoe polisher on each floor." - Alan Hayward
"Clean and quiet. Well connected location. A bit run down. I expected something much better for the price and the category. Just another railway-station mass-tourist hotel. Breakfast quite decent, although a little expensive for what you get. Won't go back, there are better options for your money." - Anonymous
"The location is very good, just outside of the chamartin train station but the service is not very good." - Anonymous
