A very good hotel in an excellent location, close to everything we wanted to see while in Madrid. Was very important as we were only in Madrid for a few days and wanted to see as much as we could. The rooms were very comfortable and the facilities were very good as well. Staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay a pleasant one. Highly recommend this hotel for an affordable price and excellent location.

Good discount price available on this hotel let down by afew things missing from aroom of this price e.g.room bar with no glasses,tea or coffee making facility and incomplete instructions in the room.
A good quality hotel in a good location. Even has the use of the facilities, including pool and 24 hour resataurant of the hotel next door. Definitely will stay again and recommend it. A well kept secret in the centre of Madrid.

It was the very good choice. Hotel is probably the best value for money. Location is OK because the metro station is 50m from hotel. I deeply recommend this hotel for visitors.
The Moncloa Garden is very centrally located and thus ideal for sightseeing in Madrid. Facilities are good but not exceptional, although the hotel was undergoing renovation on our visit so may improve above the average. The room was very large and airy and the beds very comfortable. Staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Extremely good value for money.
Nice size bedrooms
TV rather limited (10 channels, most in spanish - no BBC!!!) - for an international hotel in a capital city, this is poor.
